Qld Tap Fest 2024

At Frontier Studios, we are always seeking opportunities to expand our students skills and immerse in the vibrant world of performing arts. Recently, we had the incredible privilege of attending the first ever Queensland Tap Festival, and we cannot contain our excitement about the unforgettable experience we had.

The Queensland Tap Festival brought together some of the most talented artists in the industry, and we were thrilled to tap with legends such as JW Murray, Mandy Morrison, Reid Perry, Nathaniel Hancock, and Tania Gould. The energy, passion, and expertise they brought to the festival were truly inspiring.

One of the highlights of the festival was the opportunity to tap with a live drummer. The rhythm, the beat, and the collaboration between the dancers and the musician created a magical experience that we will remember forever.

We are especially grateful for the scholarship that was awarded to our Senior Student, allowing her to attend the full day of the festival and participate in all the workshops and jam sessions. This scholarship not only provided valuable learning opportunities but also served as a source of motivation and encouragement for our student.

We want to say a huge thank you to the team at Queensland Tap Fest for organizing such a fantastic event and for bringing together a community of passionate artists and dancers. Your dedication and hard work have created a platform for growth, learning, and collaboration that is invaluable to all of us at Frontier Studios.
