2024 Terms & conditions

We are so excited to welcome you to the Frontier Studios community. Please read the below T’s & C’s.

Enrolment

Please ensure you have filled out and signed your registration paperwork. It’s important that we have the most up to date contact information on file. Make sure you add our email (getupanddance.au@gmail.com & info@frontierstudios.au) to your contact list so we don’t disappear into your spam folder. In case of an emergency, you will be contacted via the mobile phone number you have provided. Upon submitting your information, please make enrolment payment to secure your Childs spot in their chosen class/es.

At Frontier Studios, we view enrollment as a yearly commitment, recognizing that dance and performing arts require time to progress and master. While students may wish to change or add subjects, this will be subject to the Directors' discretion. Chosen subjects are locked in for the entire term and must be paid for in advance. Students will remain in the same class level for a full year, similar to a school structure, ensuring consistent and comprehensive development in their chosen disciplines.

The Directors of Frontier Studios reserve the right to terminate enrolment at their discretion, at any time and for any reason.

Code of conduct

Frontier Studios has a strict no bullying policy. We will not tolerate bullying of any kind.

We are unable to take responsibility for our students before or after their scheduled classes. It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure their child is picked up and dropped off on time. In the case of an emergency or unavoidable delay, please contact the studio immediately to inform us of the situation so we can keep your child calm and safe until they can be collected.

Frontier Studios takes no responsibility for any stolen or misplaced property on the studio premises, and we encourage our families to avoid bringing valuable items into the studio where possible.

The studio is happy to have two email addresses for contact and to send information where there is a co- parenting arrangement in place. We do not manage co-payments. The parent enrolling the student is responsible for the payments. Please ensure all fees are paid when due to avoid the student missing out on classes.

Safety

Please advise Frontier Studios staff if a person other than the legal guardian or parent listed on the enrolment form will be picking up the student from class.

All teachers have Queensland required Blue Cards to work with children and First Aid Certificate.

Uniform

Frontier studios uniforms can be purchased from reception. Your child may not be allowed to participate in class if they are wearing anything deemed inappropriate or revealing.

Please see Class Descriptions for detailed uniform requirements.

To maintain professionalism and clear boundaries, parents are not permitted to contact teachers directly outside of business hours or via social media, and under no circumstances are allowed to ask for teachers' phone numbers. We respect our teachers and trainers' privacy. Therefore, all communication requests should be directed through Frontier Studios administration.
